1. Although the administrators and moderators of Mirabel travel Community Forum will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages.

2. All messages express the views of the author, and the owners of the Mirabel travel Community Forum or Mirabeltravel.ca will NOT be held responsible for the content of any message.

3. By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violate any laws.

4.The owners and moderators of the Mirabel travel Community Forum reserve the right to moderate, remove, delete, edit, move or close any thread or post for any reason without notice or explanation . Also we reserve the right to remove any avatars and ban any members for any reason without notice or explanation.

5. Please do not open multiple posts about the same topic.

a) Your are not permitted to have multiple usernames and/or forum identities...Or to make forum posts under multiple usernames. Only one forum username is permitted per person.

6. If you SPAM our members in any manner, your account will be banned. Do not contact anyone to suggest your product or service who is not explicitly expecting you to contact them. If you gleaned information from anywhere other than the advertising forums and use that to contact someone and present an offer, it's SPAM.

a) Posting any type of affiliate link anywhere in this forum is considered spam. (Including in your signature)
b) Trying to disguise a sales pitch as a product review is considered spam.
c) Posting promotional material outside of the classified section is considered spam.
d) If you desire to use a custom signature on our forum, your signature must fully comply with our signature rules.

7. Please do not offer any product or service on our forum that is direct competition with any product or service offered by us.

8. Do not abuse other forum members. We take the "Be Polite" rule very seriously! We do not tolerate any rudeness. Any member who is intentionally unpleasant or disruptive may be banned without warning. Please realize we want to help, but people that are rude just make our task that much less pleasant.


Please Note: Just because somebody has purchased a Mirabel travel product, this does not give them the right to violate any of the above rules. We do not give second chances; once you are banned you are banned. We definitely don't want to go there! Let's all work together and be understanding of one another.
